What the form collects

The inquiry form collects your name, phone number, discussion topic, optional message, and permission to contact you. It records a submission time. Your IP address is temporarily used to limit repeated submissions.

Why it is collected

Your inquiry is stored so Kedar Shrestha can review it and contact you about your life insurance questions. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a policy or authorize unrelated marketing. Inquiries older than 90 days are removed when the inquiry system next processes a submission or an export.

Keep sensitive details private

Please do not include identity documents, health records, bank information, or detailed financial information in this form.
